Geographical and ecological features (the Farm consists of grassland, mountain forests, and rivers) include:

Landform:badlands, entrenched meander, fluvial terrace.

Geology:mudstone, fossil, pebble.

Source water:Lengshuikeng, Zengwen River, and Shuiquanyan.

Animals:beef cattle, horses, mountain hare, squirrel, aquatic bird, fish.

Plants:tropical savanna, grassland, fragrant flowers, medical plants.

Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm offers a wide variety of scenery and natural beauty. It stands out from other scenic parks and recreation areas in Taiwan.

 

Based on a survey conducted by National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm is home to over 150 species of wild animals, including 11 species listed in the Wildlife Conservation Act: 6 bird species, 3 amphibians species, 1 mammal species, and 1 insect species. You will find Terminalia catappa, Spathodea, mahogany, Pachira aquatica, Fraxinus, and maple trees in the Green Tunnel and the Lion Forest. The beauty of the forest changes with the seasons.
